    • Encumbrance certificate for last 30 years
    • Chain of title deeds unbroken with clear mutation records
    • Property tax and water tax paid up to date
    • Sale deed drafted on stamp paper with correct circle rate valuation
    • Registry appointment at correct Sub-Registrar Office (SRO)
    • Possession letter or Occupation Certificate for ready flats
